Chang's Management,I am writing to express my absolute shock and outrage over a delivery order I placed from your Sarasota location (766 S Osprey Ave) today. We were hosting guests at a home and ordered about 8 items. We were charged around $25 per dish, bringing the total bill to nearly $180. What we received was a complete insult.The portions were shockingly small—barely three tablespoons of food sitting at the very bottom of large black plastic containers. The Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao chicken portions were microscopic. The salads were nothing but a few Chinese crackers. To make matters worse, the food arrived ice-cold, and the rice was hard, stale, and tasted like plastic. It was completely inedible.Because there was virtually no food in the containers, my guests pulled away from the table out of sheer embarrassment. No one even wanted to touch it. I was deeply humiliated as a host, and we had to resort to eating random leftovers from the fridge.Do not think that because customers order delivery, you can scam them, charge premium prices, and destroy their gatherings.

First time here ! I’m usually an uber delivery driver. Today Trudy ,jay and John Great people ! Amazing help! I love their energy people that love working and having positive attitude. I will definitely come back to eat here. John checked on us multiple times jay picked out a great drink and surprised me. Trudy help us and told us what sauce and great food to pick. Thank you to you guys and to the bartender ( Dylan ) For making my drinks with love ❤️ Thanks to ur great team !

Stacy was our server this afternoon for a quick lunch. She did not disappoint! Made a normal everyday lunch feel like a high end meal. She was fabulous, very personable and knowledgeable when we needed small adjustments to our meals. Thanks again Stacy! KIMBERLY KAISER

My wife and I chose P. F. Chang’s to celebrate our anniversary, and we were so glad we did. Our experience was really enjoyable as we experienced amazing, delicious food, superb drinks, and memorable service. Our visit began with an unexpected welcome from the hostess who congratulated us on our anniversary. Then, we sat down and received great service from our servers, Kate and John, who both took fantastic care of us with their pleasantness and attentiveness. This is only our second time dining at P. F. Chang’s, (the first time was great too) but we are looking forward to many more experiences there!
